Chocolate Bolu Cake Recipe

Material :

- 200 grams of butter, melt over medium heat

- 100 grams of sugar

- 100 grams of wheat flour

- 50 grams of cocoa powder

- 10 gram 0valet / softener cake

- 5 chicken eggs

- 1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk chocolate

- Strawberry jam to taste

How to make :


  • Beat sugar, eggs and ovalets at high speed to expand. After that enter the flour, cocoa powder and sweetened condensed milk, mix well.
  • Then add melted butter, and stir again until blended. Then pour the dough into a square pan that has been smeared with butter before.
  • Steam over medium heat for 30 minutes or wait until cooked, lift and chill.
  • Remove the cake from the mold, then split the cake into two pieces flat. After that spread with strawberry jam on the bottom, then cover again with the other cake.

Material :

- 200 grams of wheat flour

- 125 grams of butter, melted

- 100 grams of caster sugar

- 100 grams of grated kraft cheese

- 8 egg yolks

- 4 egg whites

- 6 pieces of kraft cheese sheet

- 4 cherries

Cream Material:

- 75 whipped cream

- 50 grams of white butter

- 50 cc of cold water

How to Make Cream:

Beat all the cream ingredients above by using a high speed mixer

How to make :


  • Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy, then add the liquid butter and sugar until fluffy, then stir well until the ingredients are mixed and fluffy.

Material :

- 150 grams of wheat flour

- 125 grams of butter, melted

- 125 grams of sugar

- 4 pieces of pandan leaves

- 2 pieces of suji leaves

- 2 eggs

- 1/2 pack of vanilla

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

How to make :


  • Mix sugar, eggs and vanilla into one, then shake with mixer until fluffy.
  • Pandan leaves and suji leaves blend or pounded until smooth, then give a little water, then squeeze and take the juice, set aside first.
  • Pour the flour and melted butter into the aonan on top, then shake it with the mixer evenly. After that enter baking powder.

Marble Bolu Cake Recipe 


Material :

-150 gram of wheat flour

- 150 grams of butter

- 100 grams of sugar

- 5 egg yolks

- 3 eggs (white and yellow)

- 1 teaspoon of ovalet

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder

- 1/2 teaspoon of fine salt

- 1/2 teaspoon brown paste

How to make :

  • Mix the flour and baking powder, then stir until blended, set aside.
  • Beat butter, sugar and salt until soft and light.
  • In a separate place, beat the egg until fluffy, then add the ovalet, then shake until the dough expands stiffly.
  • Pour the mix egg  into a margarine whisk, then mix well. After that add the mixture of flour and mix with a medium speed mixer, until the dough mixed well.
  • Take two spoonfuls of vegetable dough, then insert chocolate paste and cocoa powder, stirring until blended.
  • Prepare the baking sheet with butter, then pour the cake mixture halfway up the pan, flatten it out. Then pour the chocolate dough in the center of the dough, then cover the dough with white dough until the pan is almost full.
  • Take the fork, stirring it twist on the dough, so that the chocolate mixture is stirred and forms a marble motif. Then bake the dough into the oven with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes or until cooked, lift and chill.
